This makes as much sense as a chocolate teapot 🍫🫖 So we've entered a new 3 year PSR period and had various rejected bids somewhere between £50 and £70 million bid for Marc Guehi in the summer. At that time we were under no pressure to sell. So why in the blue hell would that change in January, for a cheaper player, unless we are planning on going back in for Guehi and Mbeumo on top say - which I doubt! FFP is NOT fair. Leroy Sane is ‘surprised’ by the recent transfer links to Newcastle United, essentially because he feels he’s worth a higher level than us! According to the German magazine SportBild, signing for a club in the ‘category’ of the Magpies is simply ‘not an option’ for Sane. He obviously believes he’s of the level of pretty much guaranteed Champions League football and a title battle every season. A renewal offer from Bayern Munich is on the table for Sane, who is out of contract at the end of the season, but at a lower salary to what Sane is paid now and he isn't too best pleased. We don't want this 'head up his own backside' mercenary type at Newcastle United who look down at the club. No player is bigger than the badge.
