@AmericanAir on flight 2034, DFW-SAN and asked the man at the gate to pay to upgrade to 1st class but was told it's full. Boarded the plane to see 4 empty seats. Instead of making a good decision for his company he was too lazy to even check. So many other choices when flying...

@AmericanAir The worst part is they rebooked me on a later flight since there was no way for me to make it back to my flight in time. So now I have to wait 3 extra hours all thanks to the AA employee who didn't know what he was doing. What a joke!

@AmericanAir I checked in and that my bag was left unattended and I had to go all the way back to show ID and claim it. I hustled all the way back to the check in counter and the AA employee said they're not responsible and was rude about the whole thing...

@AmericanAir When I got to the gate I asked to AA employee why I was paged and she said they didn't page me, so I thought I must have heard it wrong. 20 mins later they page me again and when I got to the counter she said they paged me from the ticketing counter where

@AmericanAir it was odd to just leave my bag there but again he told me twice so I did what he said. After I went through security and walking to my gate I heard my name paged over the intercom.

@AmericanAir Sucked to be me this morning when the incompetent staff at the ticketing counter made me miss my flight. AA employee at the self check in put the bag tag on my luggage and told me TWICE to leave it next to the bag drop sign where other luggage was sitting....
