@zsk Make sure your son knows you've not given consent for this. At my kids' school they just lined them up to take fingerprints regardless of consent. Fortunately my daughter was confident enough to say no.

Let’s at least be realistic. The protestors aren’t calling for the hostages to be returned. They aren’t calling for a two state solution. They aren’t calling for Hamas to step aside in the name of peace. And so - whatever the placards say - they aren’t calling for peace at all.
