If you’re not doubling your DCA amount after a 50% drop, you’re doing yourself a great disservice. Since 2020 I’ve executed 3 simple rules. 1) manually smash buy every 50% drawdown. So I bought at 34.5k and at 17.25k in 2022. Bought hard at 60k in Feb 2026. 2) double the DCA every 50% drop. I’ve been DCAing from 8k to 69k to 16k to 125k to 60k. 3) Reset to old DCA amount after btc makes a new ath. Rinse repeat. Optimize in the down years as hard as you can.
