There are traditionally 3 grades of sprains: Grade 1 - mildest Grade 2 - moderate, partial tear Grade 3 - full thickness tear Unclear if there are other injuries, including the MCL, meniscus, capsule, hamstring etc Likely to miss minimum 6 weeks, potentially up to 3 months. In addition to lots of physical therapy, he should consider getting PRP or ideally stem cells ultrasound guided into each of the injured areas. Then red light, PEMF, hyperbaric chamber among others. Unfortunately peptides are banned by the MLB.
