@KyleTheige Lots of good answers in here. What I didn’t see covered was considering traffic flows. Will you be working at home? Will you be working in a specific location? We have the Mississippi River, which can be a choke point and two downtowns. Add to it mass transit is not a strength .

Hypothetically speaking… If you knew someone who was looking to move to the Minneapolis area this summer/fall, what areas/suburbs/etc. would you recommend for buying a house? Again, hypothetically speaking.
