@svblxyz At least it is behind the players. I can see a time when it will be in front of the action

@robtibbles @ruskin147 @BBCNews @CliveMyrieBBC it's not just about the here and now, but the disaster if crypto-currencies ever became widely adopted. Environmentally it would be like going back to coal to fuel all our modern shipping. It's just not the future

@ruskin147 @BBCNews @CliveMyrieBBC Heard a lot about the energy usage involved in crypto currency but I've not seen a comparison with the cost/energy and raw material consumption etc of physical currencies. Mints, banks, infrastructure, metals & materials for coins/notes/tech.

@MrJoeGooch That has to be a fake. Sharp edges on the front of a vehicle would not pass any kind of regulation

@jcrsaun @WeirdBristol I heard that Goram wasn't very bright and simply got confused when the foreman pointed to two shovels and told them to take their pick. 😂

@WeirdBristol One of the stories I heard that they only had one pick axe between them so they would take it turns, Vincent (or Ghyston as another of his names) threw the tool to Goram without warning, so Goram was still asleep and it hit his head killing him.

In the folklore tale on the creation of #Bristol two giants, Vincent & Goram were challenged by the beautiful maiden Avona to drain a lake which covered the land. Goram tried to dig a gorge near Henbury but fell asleep in what's now known as Goram's Chair in Blaise Castle Estate.

This cylindrical stone tower, near to where Pembroke Road meets the Downs, is actually a ventilation shaft, built to prevent the dangerous build up of air pressure in the railway tunnel below. #Bristol
