Bashley Football Club are delighted to announce the appointment of Wayne Crutcher as our new First Team Manager.
Wayne joins us from Christchurch F.C, bringing with him experience as a player and a manager, passion, and a strong understanding of the non-league game.
He steps into the role at an important time for the club, as we continue our fight to remain a competitive force in the Southern Football League.
🗣 Wayne Crutcher on his appointment:
“I’m excited to get going. It’s not going to be easy, but that’s a challenge I’m ready for.
The aim is clear — to keep Bashley in the Southern League.
We need everyone pulling together — players, staff, volunteers and supporters. If we stick together and work hard, we give ourselves every chance.”
