@nationalexpress nx560 1830 3rd December. London Victoria to Sheffield. The driver has just turned on the radio. WTH!? On all the speakers in the coach. I am complaining, this isn't acceptable! I don't understand... I hope it's not on for the next 4 hours.

@carltonreid these photos of East Bank Road in Sheffield from 1946 popped up a local Facebook group. From 1946 apparently. Cycle track clearly visible. Maybe this was in your book.

@northernassist your 1750 Leeds to Sheffield train is sooooooo hot. It feels muggy and humid and damp on here. Please fix it, please! I've tried the other carriages but they're the same. I'm in the front half. Please! It's so hot and humid.

@northernassist the 1611 Knaresborough to Leeds is stupidly hot in some carriages. Some parts of the train are cool, others are far far too hot. Please could you fix it? It's even different at each end of a carriage!!!

@northernassist Could *you* let the conductor know please? I can't walk through the train, it's standing room only and the aisles and vestibules are packed.

@Se_Railway why aren't there any off-peak tickets available on this route? I'm traveling out of peak times to try and save money, but there are only expensive anytime tickets.

@DouglasJSheff @CycleSheffield It seems like it gets opened quite a lot by the construction site. People have said they move it back quite quickly. So that's really good. It's always put back with such a tiny gap though.

I'm looking for a very specific type of map... Grey for built-up areas, and green for NOT built up areas. Basically exactly like THIS one ⬇️ but for the whole of the UK, (and ideally without motorways or the GL boundary). I'm sure I've seen a full UK before. Anyone know of one?

@EastMidRailway Yeah, he just walked past and I asked, he said they've tried, it was just the coach I was in. It's broken and they can't fix it. I've moved, it's cooler (and loads busier in the rest of the train)

This is the ridiculous circuitous route you're expected to use. We've built this in the last couple of years, how is this stuff being designed in our city centres!?

This way has no pedestrian signs, poles blocking your way, and anti pedestrian paving.

Sometimes, something shows you how much contempt some planners have for people who walk. Luton Parkway train station to McDonald's, for food, should be easy.
