There's one trader that many don't really know about. Mehul Patel who owns Newsquawk. He's a good mate of mine (side note: just the other week we were walking around Finsbury Square and saw a homeless man shit himself and pull the shit out of his arse and put it in a bin which was fun). His strategy was to understand the weights of the constituents of the Eurostoxx and trade them vs the index. Probably eeeking a few bps per day while at Marex. Algorithmic + TT use. The guy's brain on trading is largely unmatched, even if he doesn't do it anymore. Thought it was interesting to share.
