Right wing parties 44%
Left wing parties 50%
But the split within the left and right split can produce wildly different results if they come to pass at a general election.

@Its_ereko "Free Cuba. Not from its leaders."
This is why you are wrong.
English

🇧🇷🇨🇺🚨 BREAKING: Lula just said what the world has been thinking. "Stop this damned blockade on Cuba and let the Cuban people live their lives." Cuba has problems. But they are Cuba's problems. Not Lula's. Not Trump's. Not the empire's.
The US has punished Cuba for decades. Sanctions. Blockades. Regime change attempts. None of it worked. Cubans are still standing. Still surviving. Still waiting for the world to let them breathe.
Lula is not begging. He's demanding. The blockade is not policy. It's cruelty. And the world is tired of watching.
Spread the truth. Free Cuba. Not from its leaders. From the blockade. Let the Cuban people live.

@jeremycorbyn Do you want to talk about some of the people you call friends?
English

@technopopulist But you are right about Labour turning to PR.
English

@technopopulist He's barely in Your Party. He wants to be an independent. The Greens won't stand against him.
English

A few predictions, and feel free to bookmark. I believe Jeremy Corbyn will, at some point, wind up Your Party and defect to the Greens. I would be surprised if that didn’t happen. Corbyn is an old man, and he dropped the ball on his new venture by handing so much influence to Zarah Sultana. He will want to end his political life on a high note, and there are not many meaningful ideological differences between him and Zack Polanski. It makes sense.
Second, I think the trade unions will begin shifting funding away from the Labour Party and towards the Greens. That will be a significant moment in British politics, and I do not think it is far off. This is downstream of Andy Burnham not being given a route back into the House of Commons. (If Angela Rayner replaces Keir Starmer, however, that will throw a spanner in the works.)
Third, I expect the Parliamentary Labour Party to push for proportional representation at the next general election, likely along the lines of the Senedd model. This will be driven partly by principle, but also by a clear instinct for self-preservation.
