@FitbitUK @TheSun @DailyMailUK @BBCNews Did you know fitbit are potentialy #scamming upto 1.7m customers out of their fitbit #ionic refunds after a product recall? After promising to provide refunds to customers in 3-6 weeks of locking their devices, but no refund ever arrives.

@FitbitUK Do you know what else can affect peoples sleep? Getting #scammed out of their Ionic recall refunds after a saftey recall, telling us to dispose of our devices then refuses to pay up but quite willing to send us vouchers for us to buy another device!!!

@fitbit, @FitbitUK, @FitbitSupport your support emailed to say they are looking at how to resolve my #ionic refund issue. May I suggest by actually paying the refund may be the resolution!!! #showmethemoney

So @fitbit , @FitbitUK how many of your 1.7million #ionic users are you defrauding out of their refunds under your recall scheme, seems to be quite a few #fraud, #scammers. Why are you not honouring you refunds? How many of the 1.7m would buy fitbit again after this?

@FitbitUK @fitbit is the ionic recall refund a #SCAM as 3 months and still no refund dispite lodging a complaint and an escalation. Do I need to start legal action to get my money? Was assured my payment by today!!
