@AskeBay Really disappointed. From a £10 sale I am left with under £2. I went over a day trying to refund an accidental purchase of a second postage label. And a further fee as your courier thinks the parcel was over 1kg!! Which is a complete error It’s the principle. Not the money

@AskeBay I have a problem with a sale. How on earth can I sell something for £12.35 fees and I have £1.93 left over. Not a lot of money, but it’s the principle of the 85% reduction. Please advice me to sort on an app that is designed not to have a human responding to issues.
