People saying that "OOT got a remake for the 3DS" fail to see the big picture. This has the potential of being a full modern reimagining Updated lore (Hylia worship, botw race cultures, Fi in master sword, etc), Open world, new areas, Voice acting, better graphics, and more.

@jamesb00n @kiwitalkz There's no denying BoTW has an extensive world. But surely after your 100+ hours you can admit that the gameplay becomes rather dull and the world, much shallower than initially thought. As an intro to the franchise, sure. Veteran fans deserve something much more polished.

@Matt_xeb @kiwitalkz I'm a big fan of the franchise and loved most of them but none of them made me want to play it like Breath of the wild did for 100+ hours. Also if you play games mostly for story consider picking up a book.

That would be the GOTY we’ve all been asking for, and Nintendo to rightfully claim. Redemption for butchering the series for 9 years.

@kiwitalkz I’ve tried to complete this game 3 separate times and put it down because it’s so empty and boring. I genuinely feel like Nintendo fans missed out on great open world games for so long that getting their first one warped their brain. Jeff is right though the art style is great.
