@AvantiWestCoast I made a mistake making a booking with my Club Avanti Gold (Std Premium) voucher. I can't see how to change it online. Can you help please?

@AvantiWestCoast I lost the credit card needed to collect my tickets today. Please can you change the booking so any card can collect?

@AvantiWestCoast If anyone is wondering - the answer was no. I spent overnight in Glasgow with no Avanti support

@AvantiWestCoast But my big question is - is there going to be any Avanti staff at Glasgow to sort out onward travel? Or can I book a hostel and claim it back?

@AvantiWestCoast I am booked on 1927 WBQ to EDB which is cancelled. Next (past) journey also cancelled. Will you cover cost of hotel for me to stay in Warrington or will you be offering coach/taxi?

@AvantiWestCoast Ho I've arrived to get the 2015 changing at Carlisle but it is also cancelled. Are you going to provide taxis or hotels?

@AvantiWestCoast I am booked on 1927 WBQ-EDB which has been cancelled. The next train after also cancelled. Train after that is overnight. Will you cover a hotel for the night for me to journey tomorrow AM instead?

@AvantiWestCoast Not your fault Ross, but it's a joke making people wait until 5 days before travel to even see when their trains are running. There's no strikes, no lockdowns. Time for @transportgovuk to strip away Avanti's contract. Utter farce.
