@K3v1nD79 @unoherts Thanks AJ. Having twitter to update us is a useful tool. However as above kevin says we understand isn't your fault personally, is disappointing on both 6th Jan and now today had a 45 min odd delay. We feel it more on this route as there is no alternative public transport

@unoherts @MatthewAlbertOw @unoherts AJ appreciate you responding on these and understand not much in your control but a 45 min issue and the driver didnt flag to the duty manager!? I get 5 mins or so but surely there has to be a process to notify you guys and let users know?
