@suffolkcc My elderly father was delighted to receive his blue badge today. He will now be able to get out more and enjoy life with fewer worries about long exhausting walks to and from entrances. Thank you for sorting it out so speedily.

@giffgaff hello, looking for help using RelayUK on the network as when I try to call my friend who is Deaf (also Giffgaff) the number is "not recognised" and yes have looked at you web page advice. Any help appreciated.

Rather disappointed with #ITFC joining many businesses who are going cashless. I work with people who have learning disabilities who find cash more understandable. #Accessibility at the stadium is usually pretty good but in this regard it just puts up a barrier.

My elderly parents currently frustrated with this experience of having to go to a @barclays bank that is very hard to get to just so they can update their phone number and then be able to change their card details with their mobile provider. theguardian.com/money/2022/nov…

.@giffgaff Have found updating bank card details is impossible for my mum as it goes to a bank check page that says she must use their app. She does not do online banking so this appears to be a form of #discrimination .

@HPSupport oh dear, support chat via WhatsApp needs improving or rather the support ticketing system needs to identify that support is not available for laser printers that way. Santosh the tech was politely apologetic for the inconvenience at least.
