@VirginVoyages Your team in the Wake on Resilient Lady gave us the best Splash for your Bash last night! Everything was exceptional - particularly tomahawk steak! Worth every penny! My wife says “best birthday ever!”

Thank you to every member of the staff, players, and all volunteers. Bearwood Day was a huge success . Special thanks to Jackie Evans for expertly organizing , Noel for greeting the fans for hours, and Joe, members of the administrative group , Michael, and the Academy for being great hosts. I am glad so many had a chance to see and experience Bearwood and spend time with our great staff, coaches, and players. It was exciting to have people meet @bluntphil and see the new home of Royalstv. We have a special season upon us. See you @SpursOfficial @ToddTrosclair

@BBCPolitics @bbclaurak If I remember correctly Stephen Fry was convicted of a crime, but he says he believes in the rule of law, and Trump doesn’t because he is a convicted felon - I don’t understand how that makes sense.

@DaveClarkTV Good for you! Similar for me - 15-years since my diagnosis, and now at 53 I’m packing in all the travel and other enjoyment I can manage while I still have some mobility.

@SkySportsF1 Why are we not being allowed to see Sky Pad footage? Every time @karunchandhok plays something, you cut away to other footage! Frustrating!

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘀𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀 𝗱𝗼 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗱 𝗮𝘀 𝗮 𝘀𝗼𝗳𝘁𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗿 𝗮𝘁 𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗵 𝗹𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹 𝗼𝗳 𝘀𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗼𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘆? There is always a question of who is a senior engineer and who is not. What skills or experience should a senior engineer have on this level? Navigating the path from entry-level to senior software engineer roles involves mastering various skills. 𝟭. 𝗝𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗼𝗿 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗿 🔹 Technical Skills: At the beginning of your career, it's crucial to master core programming languages like JavaScript, Python, or Java. This will provide a solid foundation and equip you for the challenges ahead. You will also gain a solid understanding of software design principles and familiarize yourself with essential database management. 🔹 Soft Skills: You start learning and aim to become good at effective communication and teamwork. Develop basic time management skills and constantly learn new things. 𝟮. 𝗠𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗼𝗿 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗿 🔹 Technical Skills: As you progress, deepen your programming knowledge and learn multiple languages or paradigms (such as functional, OO, etc.). Improve your understanding of software design patterns and architecture. Gain hands-on experience with cloud platforms. 🔹 Soft Skills: Work on your communication and collaboration abilities by learning to write e-mails, manage your time, run meetings, etc. Focus on improving problem-solving and critical thinking skills. Start mentoring junior engineers to share your knowledge and experience. 𝟯. 𝗦𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗼𝗿 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗿 🔹 Technical Skills: At this stage, you should master one or more programming languages (or ecosystems) and deeply understand software architecture. 🔹 Soft Skills: Leadership and project management become vital. Use your strong communication and presentation skills to explain technical concepts effectively to diverse audiences. Excel in problem-solving and decision-making. Continue mentoring and coaching engineers to build a solid technical team. 🔹 Domain Knowledge: Gain an in-depth understanding of your industry, whether healthcare, finance, e-commerce, or another field. 𝟰. 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝗳𝗳 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗿 🔹 Technical Skills: As a staff engineer, you must have exceptional programming, software design, and architecture expertise. Lead strategic implementations of different technical solutions across different projects. 🔹 Soft Skills: Lead cross-functional projects with strong leadership and influence. Develop excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills. Exhibit superior problem-solving and critical thinking abilities. Mentor and develop technical talent within the organization. 🔹 Domain Knowledge: Lead domain-specific projects and share your expertise across the organization. Stay updated with industry trends and standards. This is the first level where the growth on soft skills is higher than on the technical level. #management #careers

@KaitlinEaston1 Did this ever get resolved? South Lanarkshire are failing a friend of mine who is stuck in hospital when he should be discharged, because they can’t provide the care package.

I'm thinking of doing some new material nights outside London this time. I might come to your town. (If your town has a nice theatre next to a 5 star hotel with a tennis court and helipad) Any suggestions?
