I think its extremely misleading advert... It should be Group leader post only if you have your own fellowship and offer terminates with end of fellowship

I don’t understand this: there is a salary range at the top of the ad, but it says that you only get the job if you have a fellowship that pays your salary or if you can get one… 🤔 Extremely misleading at best. Is this what we call “hiring” these days?
