Vance is pretty much inevitable in 2028 at this point and I know a lot of you aren't going to want to hear that but its just how it is.
No one else is willing to run a serious counter to him and the leading political movement against the current GOP leadership only have 1 plan and its to not vote or vote Democrat. You are just sealing your own fates.

Yes, capping Social Security benefits at $100k for a couple is a no-brainer. The program is headed to insolvency and, no, eliminating the tax wage cap is not close to enough. An easy place to start is capping the maximum benefit that dwarfs even Europe and Canada.

Something needs to change, but a change that negatively impacts people following the rules and acting in good faith is actively bad for the company. The changes need to be far more targeted than what was originally outlined.

You’re right that it won’t take a couple years, but it’s not like ASML isn’t producing enough machines for it.
Just with the EUV machines they produced last year you could yield about a terrawatt of compute. If they buy out ~10% capacity per year they’ll have the equipment for the terafab in a decade.
And it’s not like EUV production is fixed, ASML increased production nearly 10% in 2025.

ASML is busy fulfilling orders for years and part of the problem he wants to solve anyways.
Yet, lithography ain’t something you R&D from scratch in 1-3 years and on a shoestring.
