@LicyLaw $300 billion is a joke. That is not even half of the minimum requirement. Strong emerging economies like India should also not be on the top of the list either. Its the SIDS and LDCs that need this the most.

Yesterday, at the @UNIDO side-event on SIDS Sustainable Economic Transformation, we discussed the need for innovative investments and stronger financial ecosystems. We must mobilize private finance and leverage public capital to support SIDS sustainable transformation.

Looking forward to attending two major global conferences over the next two weeks discussing issues esp imp for SIDS: UNCTAD Global Supply Chain Conference here in Barbados next week and later the SIDS4 Conference in Antigua. Lots to discuss, share and learn! I love my job!

This is perhaps one of the happiest yet challenging moments in my career. Our delegation recently got approved by the UN to organize an official side event at the UN Int'l Conference on SIDS happening in Antigua in a few days. Hoping that lady luck smiles on me that day!

Thankful that Grenada's government is intending to collaborate with our organization to pursue their goals in Southeast Asia. On our Trade Mission powered by @baseflow a few months ago, we met with the Ministry of Tourism and Ministry of Foreign Affairs to discuss this.
