$JGH Made it to the mid 7s! For those saying I want exit liquidity - Bought a bunch more today😂 7.8 is the next major level. I expect a bearish type reaction from there. The only other potential is to gap up above with some sort of algo news and therefore will dismiss the level completely. I haven't sold a share and will not till 10.5/15/20/30 probs area. I gain nothing by posting any of this. I like posting my ideas. Here's the portfolio value chart since buying JGH to prove. While the market is shitting it aswell... I will not post about it again unless something of importance happens. Let the algo do its thing. Just note 7.8 is a big level and I won't be selling till my targets above. NFA*

$LDX is cooked. No wonder they rushed for the CR - they probably have no decent announcements for the next 6 months or so. And what's with the "CLIA Waiver was submitted in August", when FDA shows it was received on 10th of March, just 2 weeks before approval:

Craig Kelly:🇦🇺Foundation for Economic Education
Imagine living in a country so broken that a tradie has his hand almost hacked off in a brutal machete attack — and just one day earlier in the same town, machete-wielding scum robbed a man of his watch in broad daylight before slashing his head wide open. And the Legacy media refuse to report it (except the local Geelong paper, which hid it behind a paywall) because they are deeply corrupt and compromised they’ll bury the truth to protect their rotten corrupt governments that keep them fat on taxpayer-funded bribes. Welcome to Australia in 2026 under the Albanese regime — a failing nation sliding into third-world violence while the elites cover it up.

🇦🇺 Lot of rumours about $LDX CR, I have heard from sources also, seems legit. Good to raise capital with FDA approval to help scale but why not let SP run like #4dx and then raise higher? Look at $SHG CR stunted the upside growth of the Pilot ann. #fda #capitalraise #asx

$LDX What it means for the Lumos (LDX) For a company with a market cap around A$200M, the PASTEUR Act is a "tectonic" catalyst. If it passes, the impact on the share price would likely be a fundamental re-rating, shifting LDX from a "speculative biotech" to a "critical infrastructure" provider. The "Policy Floor" Effect Currently, FebriDx is a "discretionary" tool—doctors choose to use it. The PASTEUR Act would transition it into a mandated gatekeeper. Funding Outpatient Adoption: The Act provides grants for urgent care clinics (Lumos's primary targets) to buy and implement rapid diagnostics. This removes the "cost barrier" for LDX's customers. Big Pharma "Salesmen": Under the Act, drug companies receiving federal "subscription" money must prove their drugs are used responsibly. This effectively forces Big Pharma to promote tests like FebriDx to ensure their drugs aren't "wasted" on viral infections.

$LDX As of late March 2026, the PASTEUR Act has not yet been signed into law, but it has reached its most significant turning point to date. 1. Current Status & Likelihood of Passing The bill was officially reintroduced in the U.S. House of Representatives on February 4, 2026, as H.R. 7352 (commonly called "PASTEUR 2.0"). Status: It is currently with the House Committee on Energy and Commerce. While it hasn't reached a full floor vote yet, it has gained renewed momentum because the 2026 version was specifically rewritten to address previous "complexity" concerns from fiscal conservatives. Likelihood: Experts consider its chances higher than in previous years (2020–2024). The 2026 version includes outpatient stewardship pilots, which have massive bipartisan appeal because they aim to lower healthcare costs by reducing wasted prescriptions.

$LDX PASTEUR ACT 2026 While earlier versions focused on hospital-based stewardship, the 2026 bill specifically targets the outpatient and urgent care settings where FebriDx is designed to be used. 1. The "Outpatient Stewardship" Pilot Programs The biggest update in the 2026 version is the creation of dedicated funding for outpatient stewardship pilot programs. The Problem: Congress recognized that the majority of unnecessary antibiotic prescriptions (estimated at 30% or more) happen in doctor's offices and urgent care clinics, not hospitals. The Funding: The Act establishes a grant program specifically for rural, critical access, and safety-net hospitals, but also includes new pilot funding to help outpatient clinics implement "Rapid Diagnostic Integration." Lumos Benefit: FebriDx is set to become a "CLIA-waived" test, meaning it is legally allowed to be used in exactly these outpatient settings. This funding effectively pays for clinics to adopt the FebriDx workflow. 2. Mandatory "Appropriate Use Plans" Under the 2026 Act, for a pharmaceutical company to receive their $75M–$300M annual subscription payment, they must submit an Appropriate Use Plan. The "Diagnostic Hook": These plans must describe how the company will promote the use of rapid diagnostics to ensure their new "super-antibiotics" are only given to patients who actually have a bacterial infection. Lumos Benefit: This turns the big pharma companies (who are receiving billions in PASTEUR funding) into "accidental salesmen" for Lumos. They need tests like FebriDx to prove to the government that they are being responsible stewards of their drugs. Summary: Why this is a "Tailwind" for LDX The 2026 PASTEUR Act changes FebriDx from a "discretionary tool" that doctors have to pay for out of their own pocket into a "stewardship requirement" funded by federal grants.
