Most importantly, the referenced page isn't anything close to a Kaguya teaser. The only way you could see this remotely as a Kaguya teaser is if you already know beforehand that this is what happened to Kaguya. Naruto copers single handedly invented prospective continuity to pretend Kaguya is amazingly well established and fleshed out.

The problem with the Kaguya agenda is that there is no indication that she was relevant to the plot until she suddenly showed up. These are the sole mentions of Kaguya in the story before her appearance, and the last one is even a misrepresentation of Kaguya. If anyone knows of any other instance, feel free to correct me. These are all random bits of information that don't seem to have a connection to each other, nor hint at something beyond it. They simply seem to be background information that exists for anyone who is interested.

Interestingly, this kind of classism and discrimination isn't unusual in the Naruto verse. Notorious is the way the Hyuga clan branch members were treated by the main family. Just like everyone hated Naruto and the Hokage was content with him living alone and halfway starving. It's easier to just blame the Hokage.

Sasuke is the least justified in his actions. He literally knows more than everyone else regarding the situation, and even seemed to agree with how his clan was dealt with. Turning against the leaf rendered all of his brother's actions meaningless. He didn't even care much for the massacre of his clan. He opted for revenge because he was unwilling to accept the option of being hailed as a hero while Itachi would eternally be seen as a villain, despite that being exactly what Itachi wanted, and it would've given Sasuke the opportunity to heroically rebuild his clan, potentially without any of their past restrictions. But he abandoned the future for the sake of a personal greivance. He even ignored his brother's wishes because he didn't like the way the village treated his brother.

Man, I wonder why the clan whose leader chimped out because he wasn't elected the village head didn't have a voice in the village head election? Such a mystery... The Uchiha's issues in the village were the direct consequence of Madara's actions, and exacerbated by Obito's. People were justifiably suspicious of the Uchiha.

Hiruzen literally wanted a truce with the Uchiha once he found out about the coup. Even Obito the liar, who tried to pretend the Nine Tails attack wasn't Uchiha related, had to admit Hiruzen tried to stop the Uchiha massacre.
