hey @AmericanAir ive been stuck in dfw since Saturday morning. i understand the weather has caused a lot of cancellations but to have my flight this morning cancelled bc you have no crew is ridiculous. i got rebooked for later and they cant even tell me if you have a full crew

@AmericanAir Please forgive our frustration, we have had multiple cancellations filled by countless delays. On Sunday an employee told us it was because a lack of flight crew. That’s poor planning. Now today the crew member was late to the boarding. Once the plan was loaded it can’t move
