🎟️ Here’s what I think Chelsea could do to improve ticketing: 1️⃣ Sell Premier League matches using loyalty points to reduce bots & long queues. 2️⃣ Ticket exchange should also give loyalty points, rewarding fans for attending. 3️⃣ Award loyalty points when a ticket is scanned at the match, not just when purchased. 4️⃣ Allow fans under 23 to sit in East Lower to maintain atmosphere. 5️⃣ Show estimated wait times & which sections are available during the online queue. 6️⃣ Be transparent about how many tickets are available for members. 7️⃣ Share how many STH & memberships are sold each season.
