After 28 years as the PA announcer for the @sixers I’m officially retiring at the end of the season. I’ve had the best seat in the house announcing for the best fans in the world. Thank you to the players and the 76ers organization. What a privilege it’s been.

It’s with great honor that we announced I’ll be taking over the midday shift at MMR. No one will ever replace Pierre Robert but I promise I’ll carry his spirit into the “Pierre Robert” studio everyday and do my best to make him proud. I will truly miss my time at MGK.

This is the 53rd year that the legendary Lou Nolan has been the @NHLFlyers’ PA announcer. Before that, he worked alongside Joe Kadlec in the PR department. He is the only person who has worked for the Flyers since their inception in 1967-68. Bravo, Lou!
