“Your charts are hocus pocus Heisenberg, akin to reading astrology, they do not work!” I get it. Technical Analysis sometimes seems more subjective than objective at the end of the day. On any given chart I can tell you 5 bullish things as well as 5 bearish things simultaneously. But this channel is mostly just charting. Let me make that clear. Fundamentals is obviously very important too, but you can do your own DD on that and blend that with my charts. Right? And let me just give you an analogy. Think of it as a children’s book. The story/plot is fundamental analysis. The illustrations/pictures is technical analysis. You really can’t have one without the other. Try reading a book to your 3 year old without pictures lol. So yes there is a time and place for TA! Chartists unite! Kthxbye.

The property market largely functions because a younger generation with the income to buy houses is willing to purchase them for more than the previous generation paid. With some exceptions (dubai, Singapore) property is on its way DOWN fast. My generation are all poor and those of us with money aren’t stupid enough to ape into the ponzi.
