Yeah I would chirp him and let him know he might remember how he celebrated, and then I’d strike him out and celebrate in his face the next time.

This logic only applies when the response is remotely proportional. A fan yelling “you suck” at a pro athlete after a missed play is basic ballpark heckling. A player responding with “suck my fing d, b****” is not the same universe.

My hottest sports take is if you don't get 2 feet down on the field with the ball in your glove then it should be a HR. Ppl are gonna yell at me but this is no different than a WR jumping while in bounds and catching the ball out of bounds.
