OpenAI Codex is capable of clicking all buttons in an app it develops, check it the behavior works as expected, find the bugs and fix them... if you explicitly ask for that.
It also has an in-app browser where you can mark changes, if your app is a website.
Very cool work. The next version of Claude Code is going to be insane.

Today, we share a breakthrough on the planar unit distance problem, a famous open question first posed by Paul Erdős in 1946. For nearly 80 years, mathematicians believed the best possible solutions looked roughly like square grids. An OpenAI model has now disproved that belief, discovering an entirely new family of constructions that performs better.
