Day 19
Today ended without a single trade execution.
The goal isn't to force trades when I see nothing, the goal is to consistently execute my edge when it presents itself.
On days like this, studying is the is also a trade.
No trade days over Forced trade days.
Ciao.

Day 19 Of consistently showing up for my growth. Had this view last night and waited for my confirmation entry to show up. But price had other plans, and that's fine. I'm not in a hurry. Won't Break my rules to be in a trade. Patience over rush. Ciao.

Trading will make you question yourself.
Not only your strategy, but your confidence, your intelligence, and your future.
Nobody talks about what happens after months of effort with little to show for it. You reach a point where the questions start creeping in.
Am I built for this?
What if everyone was right about me?
What if I'm wasting my time?
That's the lonely side of trading.
You smile, you carry on, and from the outside everything looks fine. But beneath the surface, you're carrying a weight nobody sees.
Because trading does not only test your strategy.
It tests your patience.
It tests your discipline.
It tests your mindset.
And that is why so many traders quit.
Not because they lack potential, but because the uncertainty becomes too heavy to carry.

Day 12 Of consistently showing up for my growth. One day at a time. No setup today, so no execution. Not every trading day offers an opportunity, and that's okay. Patience over forcing trades. The goal isn't to trade every day it is to execute only when the edge is there. Ciao..

I pray I don't end up living my dream only in my head.
God, don't let me just imagine greatness; give me the discipline to build it.
Don't let me fantasize about wealth; give me he habits that attract it.
I refuse to die with full of potential. I will live it. I will touch it. l will become it
Amen

CRT + TIME + PO3
Most traders focus on entries. The real edge comes from understanding when price is likely to expand.
A simple framework:
• 1 AM candle defines the initial range. • 5 AM candle forms within that range.
• 9 AM candle is where expansion often occurs.
• Mark the CRT High and CRT Low.
• Let time deliver the setup.
PO3 Breakdown:
9:00 to 9:30 = Accumulation
9:30 to 10:00 = Manipulation
10:00 to 10:30 = Distribution
The objective is not to predict. The objective is to identify where price is in the cycle and align with the expansion.
Time gives context. CRT gives the range. PO3 gives the narrative.
When all three align, execution becomes much easier.

You’re trading to take yourself out of poverty.
Do not forget that.
The goal was never to impress people with fancy entries, complicated analysis, or screenshots on social media.
The goal is freedom.
The goal is to put food on the table, pay your bills, help your family, and build a better life overall.
If what you’re doing in the market isn’t moving you closer to that goal, then it’s time to reassess.
Never let your ego become more important than your mission.
