Ive never seen a team go from as hot as the Cubs were in early May to Ice Cold the way the Cubs are now. It’s insane.

Poor managing in my opinion. You have 1st base open with one of the best hitting lefties in the game up. Why not walk him and get righty on righty? Makes no sense to me.

Cubs are struggling mightily to get a big hit right now. Why not have Bregman bunt the runners to 2nd and 3rd with no outs and try to create something?

@ggabefootball I don’t see this as complaining as much as I see him saying it’s not a sustainable way for college football to exist. And yes he spent a ton, but how else does a team continue to compete without doing that?

@tim_c_23 @MarkEKing @RedWingDiehards Yes, they missed the playoffs but they haven’t been nearly as bad as San Jose was. Not even close. The odds are about the competitiveness of the team, not making the playoffs.

@MarkEKing @RedWingDiehards @tim_c_23 The have those picks because they traded guys. They had vets on bad contracts and rather than being mediocre for years, they traded Burns, Hertl, Meier, and they went this route. They have been miserable since 2019.

I think the best part of teacher appreciation week is when they bring us a coffee and donut, or do something like a trail mix bar… all the kids yell “That’s not fair!” Really makes me feel good.

This is such a dumb response. Ohtani is a generational talent and no one else does what he does. That makes this even more silly. The Dodgers got him because they have the most money. Now they get rules that benefit them and only them.

There is too much emphasis on getting to overtime in Hockey. I realize that when you went to no ties, you replaced it with overtime loss points. If the Kings win tonight, they will eliminate the Sharks from the playoffs with 19 OT losses.
