I have disabled members in my family. They want to feel useful as many do which is a way out of feeling helpless

@MawR_Fyah @homeless_law The homeless isn’t “being hired’ if the labor is forced. Many homeless people are dealing with disabilities that already push them out of the workforce. If jobs are available for reasonable pay then they should be offered as jobs & not used as punishment with prison labor wages.
