Case study for influencer marketing: This was one of the first influencers I worked with for wrestle ai besides my cofounder. Results: This video costed $70 and made us probably over $5k. $2.5k in the first 2-3 days and the rest probably over the months since. The bigger ROI though were the influencers we were able to get from that video. The next 5 influencers I talked to after this video, said they knew about the app from this video. When an Influencer has seen your product before you reach out, they are MUCH more likely to respond. In the beginning I had a 5% response rate for cold out reach (if that). Now on the wrestle ai account my response rate is 60% (maybe higher). This all came from brand awareness over time. Why this video worked: From the looks of it this video should have flopped. There’s two ads in one, a cal ai ad at first then a wrestle ai ad. Not only that he talks about wrestle ai at the 30 seconds mark for about 5 seconds out of the minute long video. That’s why it worked!!! The ad was seamlessly integrated in the video making it apart of his routine and since it’s a day in a life video of a productive person. It now ties our app to productive people. So it provided proof of concept, from a trusted person, and it didn’t feel like an ad rather a tool he uses to get better. But here’s the kicker, our idea is cool.
