I don't understand the intense animosity some streamers seemingly have against vtubers. I've never had that reaction from any normal person I've explained it to in real life. It seems very specific to the toxic gamer crowd.

You might disagree with me on this, but here's the thing. Ironmouse, with her platform and size, has been at the forefront of interacting with non-Vtubers. She's likely already seen a lot of bias as is. Some (not all) IRL streamers are extremely chaotic and confrontational. It's a thing MANY of you were complaining about at TwitchCon with how many people were streaming, whether you are a VTuber or not. Instead of starting politely, they ask one of the rudest questions you can to someone who stays anonymous and has spoken about why on multiple occasions. If you don't know a lot about Vtubing, it takes 0 EFFORT to be kind to those you should be considering your peers. Why focus on that instead of her content or accomplishments, like you would for others? Having people only interested in information you can't divulge and not my accomplishments would honestly make me upset, too. Their response to her feelings about just not wanting to see her at all, instead of resolving this, validates her feelings. It takes nothing to be kind. That's all I'm saying.
