Do we know it is better protection or is there something else that led to the difference? Will make the change if it does.

With 18 different institutions contributing data, it's rather difficult to control all the factors that likely play a role in infection rate. Our study being retrospective also makes this tricky - hopefully we address these issues in the upcoming manuscript!
