@EAHelp my game keeps disconnecting me on champs or rivals before kick off but not online friendlies like the evo lounge, it has been like this since Saturday 28th of October. I submitted this on ea answers but still no response. Please help.

It has been 2 hours since we were told Jamie would call and we have heard nothing. It is becoming an extremely dangerous situation as we are a vulnerable household left without any heating or hot water for 48 hours in these extreme weather conditions. @SGNgas

Still no updates from @SGNgas forcing us to stay awake all night for the second night in a row waiting on an engineer to come, even promising someone would come to us at 8:30am this morning and then when no one came promising a call from Jamie Duncan within 10 minutes

Don’t bother wasting your time calling @SGNgas customer service line, you will wait over an hour for someone to speak to you and then they will tell you they are putting you on hold to check progress but cut the call after another 10 minutes or so on hold. Awful customer service
