San Pedro already has a high concentration of sober living and recovery homes. This nonprofit Fred Brown alone already has dozens of locations, some reports say 100+ in the area. Residents say this feels disproportionate to the need
There’s only one reason to keep funneling money to NGOs to open up these facilitators when they already have way more than they need
