3 full weeks on Peptides - RETA and KLOW (BPC 157 originally) Running 1.5 mgs of RETA per week 3 .5 mg shots. KLOW 1mg per day. 1. Energy continues to be through the roof. I'm 3 full weeks caffeine-free as well. 2. As most know, I was already in good shape, but I'm starting to get shreddy shredddy. 3. 190 --> 177 so far. 4. Workouts/strength have stayed the same, haven't lost any strength...yet 5. My body for sure adjusted to the Reta a bit more this week as SOME food noise came back. I might switch to 2mgs a week 1mg shot twice a week if this continues to GO UP. 6. Haven't had any loss of things i DO like: IE SEX, ive been asked about that a ton...and that drive is still there. 7. However, I am a forever recovering addict, and I will say it's been crazy any and all noise from my less desirable behaviors has disappeared. 8. My nagging shoulder issues have gone down for sure...I have not noticed any skin changes from the KLOW yet, but it's early days on that...hoping for that to kick in soon! 9. Only adverse effect SO FAR -- sleep at times. I am an avid WHOOP wearer, so i track my sleep heavily, and my HRV has gone down a bit, but that seems to be stabilizing. I was having trouble sleeping the first week, but that has gone away im back to 7-8 hours per night. @_TrueVoodoo
