@Oysho @OYSHO_Care I did an online order for delivery to a pickup point. I made sure I went to the right location/address and they told me they don’t have my items??? This is unacceptable because I have paid for all these items now and have not been able to retrieve them?

@OYSHO_Care I was told that you were contacting the shipping provider days ago and my messages keep being ignored! Not acceptable considering I have not been able to retrieve my order and have paid for the items now. Can somebody advise on an update?

@Oysho I keep being told you are going to reach out to the delivery company but that isn’t relevant? I went go collect my order and was told they don’t take parcels/don’t have it. I have no paid for all these items and have nothing! I don’t understand how a refund is not permitted?

@RoyalMail @RoyalMailHelp paid for international tracked and signed for a parcel and included all details such as address, email and telephone number. It was returned saying details missing? And in this condition? It looks like somebody has tried to break into it??
