the reason their house explodes in “ddok ddok ddok” is actually because the boynextdoor members fell apart. sungho fell into depression, riwoo got sick, and they’re not the same as a group anymore but individually, they still care about each other. taesan and woonhak still meet. taesan visits riwoo at the hospital. woonhak and jaehyun see each other. sungho and leehan reconnect because of leehan’s dog. and jaehyun is probably taking photos of the members because he talks about them like he’s known them forever. so something really big must have happened and they broke apart as a group, but they still care about one another. this is probably going to become a new beginning for them, and the reason they want a new house is actually because they want to come back together as a group and become a family again. for them, “home” is the six of them reuniting and becoming whole again

you can find your family/friends/home right next door and the album name being home... the branding is so right i love boynextdoor 😭

The last clips of the trailer are such a nice subtle way of showing that “home” is not always a place but the connections, moments, and memories we create with people who make us feel safe, happy and slowly become our safe space… our HOME It’s actually so beautifully done..
