Customer service. People don’t have a connection to their organizations anymore and don’t even think to apologize or stand up in some cases for the organizations they work for. They look at it like, “It’s not my fault this or that happened” instead of representing your organization well and helping customers solve problems. Many times, that is all a customer wants. Instead, the employee gets defensive. It makes no sense!

What has gradually disappeared in last 20 years without people noticing?
