HOW DO WE MAKE SURE YOUR CRYPTO SWAPS ARE NEVER FROZEN Around 6 months ago, roughly one in 1000 swaps would be frozen or rejected. Today, it's less than 1 in 10,000! Infact, we had just one problematic swap over the last few months. Here Is How We Did It: - Risk labels on every quote. User sees if a provider can potentially freeze funds before funds send. - Pre-screening. Provider checks your transaction risk before accepting it. No surprise freezes. - Metadata isolation. Your swap details never reach the provider until you confirm. - DEXes like @THORChain and @Maya_Protocol getting higher and higher share of the swap volumes setting the new baselines for how the swap should work. - The specific arrangements with each provider where we deliberately exclude risky routes.
