@Hellobanker_in What about handsome allowances bankers get?? Insurance companies have almost zero allowances? And PSGICs are getting this after hard struggle of 42 months!! You always compare PSGICs, why don't compare with SBI/LIC?? We are far behind LIC in terms of wages now.

The Government of India has hiked the salary of public sector insurance officers. The basic pay of Scale 1 Officer has been increased from Rs.50,925 to Rs.82,485. @Hellobanker_in Kindly add the allowances you guys get before comparing,also the subsidised loans and PLI,psgic employees get almost 0 allowances. And lower basic pay of bankers is not because of psgic employees rather ur unions,you guys can keep comparing wid LIC/RBI/IRDAI or whomsoever u want
