Kyler Gordon was a menace on Saturday. He delivered a few big hits including this one.

Well, it turns out I was wrong. There IS a restriction on OLs downfield on all passes including screen passes in the NFL.

This play is legal. It is a screen pass. There is NO restrictions on OLs downfield on a screen pass. If it were a forward pass, they'd be considered illegally downfield. Since the ball is delivered behind the LOS, the OLs can brush and head-hunt downfield.
