The Baltimore Ravens should have both draft picks forfeited AND be placed on trade restriction until next season.
They knew exactly what they were getting into with Maxx Crosby as they spoke with the Raiders team doctors AND his personal doctor before offering the trade. They then got cold feet knowing they could still get Trey Hendrickson the entire time without forfeiting the draft capital as they got absolutely dragged by every major media outlet and losing a lot of key players in FA.
Also they created more cap space yesterday in renegotiating Lamar Jackson’s contract conveniently while Maxx was in Baltimore.

Per source - Cowboys won’t get get back into the discussions to acquire Maxx Crosby after the fallout from the Baltimore-Las Vegas trade that isn’t. They were deep into trade talks before the Raiders took the Ravens’ offer of two first-round picks.

This puts the Raiders in an incredibly difficult situation. They lose the picks, they have a bunch of deals to be finalized tomorrow done under the assumption Maxx Crosby was gone, and now they may have to turn around and trade him again with the medical question hovering.

@Averysdaddy84 @Ravensfan4lyfee How can people be this dumb. Trimming a meniscus and completely repairing it are two different things. But both are surgeries. Cowboys doctor also reviewed the MRIs and guess what they are out as well.
