welcome back to psych engine bullshit i did a sort of shitty port of the hex modchart by reading the original mdochart file with an hscript (repost cause i fixed things but reverse is fucked sorry)

@greenguybr @woodmangle i have thought of releasing the current build but i dont want to 1.5 leaked build myself into making everyone think the mod is really shit so ill probably wait after it comes out to publish the like legacy version
