The Dem PTSD with Mandela Barnes is nuts. The party abandoned him four years ago and he still overperformed! There's no question he'd win the election if he becomes the nominee for Governor.

I'm supporting Mandela, but David's a friend, and I have a lot of respect for him personally and professionally. I know we'll hear from him again on the big stage, and I'm glad he'll continue to run the biggest county in the state.

Hard not to think of the Crowley campaign as anything other than a huge disappointment. He came in as a top tier candidate, has a strong record to run on statewide (accomplishments in MKE County, experience both as an executive and in the legislature), but never gained momentum.

@MayorGenrich @miawaukee And - actually - thinking back to HS German, think about how "freund" is pronounced. It's "froynd". So "tai" may very well be correct.

Milwaukee folk: How do you pronounce “Teutonia”? I’m especially interested in the perspective of those who are from here

@AnnJacobsMKE @miawaukee That's funny. We have a street in Green Bay called "Biemeret." Don't try to get French with it, though. It's pronounced "beem-ert"

@MayorGenrich @miawaukee What it should, or should not be, I don't know? What I do know is that in Milwaukee it is pronounced "tai-toh-nya"

Hey @TomTiffanyWI - Keep our city’s name out of your mouth when you’re spewing lies about the 2020 election. Or even better, just knock it off entirely. If you think it’s a path to political success, talk to Michael Gableman. He can’t charge by the hour anymore.
Dan Shafer@DanRShafer

In a recent interview, Tiffany launched into election denier conspiracy theories about Green Bay, which had long been put to rest. This reveals him as a true believer in this nonsense. After watching this interview (with @KristinBrey and Steve Scaffidi), I texted @amaadair, asking if he saw the interview. "Yes," he responded. “And I am pissed. It’s bullshit and it led to real people’s lives being threatened, harassed. Millions of taxpayer dollars wasted.”

@MayorGenrich @coreybehnke You know what's funny? The NUMBER ONE comment, like literally hundreds of them, after that pick was made was some variation of "Ohhh what was Behnke's reaction???" and I STILL haven't talked to him about it lol

You know how I know Gutey had a great draft? Because the one repeated complaint I'm seeing is regarding the trade up for a kicker. Oh no. They traded two seventh-round picks. I am begging folks to go outside and feel the wind on your face.
