The Supreme Court of the United States has docketed our emergency petition. It can now be viewed on the SCOTUS website. Justice Samuel Alito has ordered the State to respond by next Tuesday 2/17 at 4pm. We are grateful the Supreme Court is actively considering our application.

Just finished an interview with CBS for a special report on E-Bike safety. Parents who buy their 13-year-old a 30mph E-Bike are putting them at serious risk. Take a ride down Chestnut Ridge Road yourself on these “bikes”, you’ll quickly see how dangerous they really are.

So are we supposed to just forget about mysterious large drones hovering over our homes and towns for weeks @FAANews ?

On December 5th, 2011, the Iranian government announced that a US military drone was brought down by its cyberwarfare unit which commandeered the aircraft and safely landed it. United States acknowledge it. Time for the military to step in!

Yesterday was a busy afternoon and evening sharing your concerns, and hopefully someone will come out soon with a good explanation.

I will be on CNN with Jake Tapper at 5pm today to talk about the lack of information on the drones over our skies. And on NBC at 8pm tonight on the same thing. But if I fly my drone above 400ft, I get a message that I am in violation and to drop down.

It’s now becoming a complete joke. The feds can’t control the air space. So I am making an emergency declaration: NO FLY ZONE FOR DRONES over my town, Montvale. FLY AT YOUR OWN RISK. Residents: Please do not discharge your weapons.
