@king_reconcile I support Lawenforcement but when they violate law themselves is where I stop .
Any lawenforcement knows that in order to enforce the law you must also obey the laws .
Most officers live by that ethic rule .

I feel terrible for some of these Uber drivers. This is why you can't get an Uber in hood. You get people that act like this and put this Uber driver though all this stress and drama. Credit to this Uber driver for not backing down. No surprise that immediately the threat of harm or car jacking comes into play. But the Uber driver was sharp enough to remind him that all of his personal information has already been shared with Uber when he opened his account. Getting that info to the police would be a snap. Sure mad the thug think twice about doing anything.

@AllegedlyDrew Legally speaking, he was unfortunately charged because the cops believe he ‘provoked’ the incident negating a self-defense claim. Provocation is a fact question for a jury. Chud is in trouble with a jury here given society’s inability to deal with certain words.

It wasn’t the judge but an officer and judicial commissioner that charged him .
I think the judge is gonna dismiss them charges of that extent hopefully.
