@BenJohnson2018 I’m a former fighter and adrenaline junkie, and a director with an animation background, so I tend to choreograph what I see in my brain theater, then cut it down to location/weapon/vehicle/character/story/tide turns, shots, and sounds. The read is most important once it’s down.

Struggling through writing what feels like an incredibly technical and complex action scene at the moment. How do you handle action? Do you describe it in a general way with macro movements or do you do a micro breakdown?

Last Thanksgiving, I tore my rectus abdominis (abs), and I’m still in PT. I'd say I'm about 75% back to pre-tear normal. Severe pain in my psoas and QL persists, limiting my movement. I've also been straightedge the whole year. No more heartburn! But I wouldn't recommend either.
